1. On the occasion of the World Heart Day, Rotary Club of Kalimpong organised a community training and awareness Workshop on CPR on 29th Sept’26 at the Rotary Centre conference hall.
2. The CPR Workshop was conducted by a team comprising Maj Mourya Vamshi, MO, Capt Bhawna, MNS and Nk P Lahu, from the Military Hospital, Kalimpong and coordinated by Rotarian members Dr Anisha Rai and Dr Devendra Pradhan.
3. The Workshop was immensely educative for all age groups attending especially the correct practical handling of cardiac emergency cases.The session evoked great interest amongst the participants as all were given the opportunity to practice the technique of CPR on a dummy model. The program ended with the President of Rotary Club of Kalimpong, Pravin Pradhan thanking the resource persons, participants and Rotary members.
