Nadong Bhutia was awarded in the individual category. He has established the NBFA (Nadong Bhutia Football Academy) in Siliguri to scout and train local talent from far flung areas. Having had a stellar career in football he is now giving back to the community with passion, inspiration and dedication.
Warnamala Pariwar was awarded in the organisational category. The founder, Deoasish Mothey,has created a concept of teaching the Devnagiri script through music and animation.
