Report on visit by Rotarians to RCC, Ecchey.
1. The Rotarians and Annes of RC, Kalimpong visited RCC, Ecchey on 14 Jul’21, a remote village approximately 15 kms from Kalimpong and interacted with the RCC members and their families.
2. This being the season for transplanting of Rice, the Rtns and Annes took part in the event along with the RCC members. The President, Rtn Col PC Thapa and members interacted with the RCC President, Nandalal Niroula and members. The Chair of RCC, Rtn AK Zimba spoke to the RCC members and advised them on ideas of alternate cropping due to monkey menace and assured them of help and conduct of a composite project also comprising an Agro Vet Camp in the area.
